The 600-seat live music venue was once named one of Taiwan's top 10 attractions by New York Magazine. The opening in the heart of Tainan City at the intersection of Taoyuan Road and Tseungshan Road offers bands the opportunity to perform in person before stepping onto the intimate stage.

In the 1990s and early 2000s, Taiwan also saw the rise of the most popular pop-rock band, Ho Hai Yan, which achieved commercial success and made millions of dollars in album sales.
